Caron Stone Tutoring reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, the most up to date Terms and conditions can be found on my website https://6220ae96b42b8.site123.me/
I will also notify you of any changes to the Terms and Conditions via my facebook page and webpage or in person.
By Continuing to use services provided by Caron Stone Tutoring you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Please note Caron Stone Tutoring cannot be held responsible for grades which do not meet the student’s or point person’s expectation.
Please be aware that I am unable to tutor for longer than our agreed time as this has a knock-on effect to my other students and schedule. Each hour session will include 10 minutes discussion and 50 minutes teaching time. If a student should arrive later than their allocated time, the session will still run from the agreed times and the usual charge will apply.
This tutoring agreement may be terminated at any time by any party. If I must end the tutoring relationship for some reason, I will do my very best to give sufficient notice and provide referrals if requested.
| All payments must be made within 3 days following the tuition session. If no payment has been made ahead of the date and time of the next scheduled session, no tuition will take place. | |
| Unarranged Absences (such as sickness) | 24 hours but sessions can be re-arranged. |
| Arranged Absences (such as holiday) | One week’s notice but sessions can be re-arranged. |
| Tutor holidays and bank holidays | Term time only unless 11+ and special sessions will be planned. |
| Tutor sickness | Sessions will be re-arranged. |
| Notice period required is half a term by either party. | |
How can I cancel a tutor session?
If you need to cancel a session, then please contact me by any of the following methods:
If a student fails to arrive for a session without prior notification, then the full amount will be payable.
An Invoice will be sent, and payment must be made within 3 Days of the missed lesson or before the next scheduled lesson, whichever comes first.
Failure to pay will mean that tutoring will not continue until the invoice has been paid in full.
